PUBLIC HEARING
SALE OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY
In accordance with Section 51(3) of the Municipal Government Act, a Public Hearing will be held for comments and suggestions of the public prior to Council making a final commitment on conveying the property listed below:
- Former Visitor Information Centre located at 2517 Highway 3, Barrington, NS, Assessment Account Number 00228095. The assessed value of this property is $222,000.00.
The Oceanview Christian Academy has been renting this property and has expressed an interest in owning it.
The Public Hearing will be held during the regular Council Meeting on March 28, 2022, in the Council Chambers, in the Administrative Centre, located at 2447 Highway 3, Barrington, N.S. and will commence at 7:00 p.m.
