Council

Our municipality is governed by an elected council consisting of a member from each of our 5 districts. Council meetings are held regularly to discuss important issues, make decisions on municipal services and programs, and plan for the future. We value transparency and encourage residents to participate in local government.

Presenting to Council

Individuals or organizations wishing to present to council are welcome to do so. To make a presentation:

1. Submit a Request: Complete and return  pdf Form A (77 KB)  to Debbie Mader, Municipal Clerk, at  
2. Provide Supporting Materials: If applicable, share any documents or presentations you plan to use.
3. Receive Confirmation: If approved, you will be scheduled to present at an upcoming meeting.

Presentations are typically limited to 15-30 minutes, followed by an opportunity for council members to ask questions. If you need assistance preparing your presentation or require special accommodations, please let us know in advance.
