NOTICE

MUNICIPALITY OF BARRINGTON

PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE VACANCY

 The Municipality of Barrington is accepting Expressions of Interest from individuals from the Municipality wishing to serve on the Planning Advisory Committee. 

The Committee advises and assists the Municipal Council with the preparation, amendments and revision of the Municipal Planning Strategy, Land Use By-law, Subdivision By-law and planning matters.

The Committee also acts as the Heritage Advisory Committee for the Municipality. 

Appointments will be for two year term. 

Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Municipal Office, located at 2447 Highway 3, Barrington, NS.   

Expressions of Interest must be received by the undersigned not later than November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
