ADVERTISING SIGNS - ICE MAINTENANCE MACHINE
SANDY WICKENS MEMORIAL ARENA
Tenders are invited for advertising signs to be placed on the ice maintenance machine (Olympia) at the Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena.
Tenders may include one or both sides, as well as the back of the machine. The tender is for a period to expire March 31, 2020.
Sealed tenders clearly marked “ADVERTISING – ICE MAINTENANCE MACHINE” must be received not later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2017, at the Municipal Office, in the Administrative Centre, Civic #2447, Hwy 3, Barrington, N.S.
Tenders will be opened publicly by Municipal Staff on February 24, 2017, at 2:15 p.m., in the Conference Room, in the Administrative Centre, for review and recommendation to Council.
The Municipality of Barrington reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the high tender, to accept any tender which it may consider to be in its best interest, or to waive formality, informality, or technicality in any tender.
