SECOND READING
A BY-LAW RESPECTING THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF BARRINGTON LAKE ROAD BY LAW #40
Barrington Municipal Council is considering amendments to By-law #40 – A By-law Respecting the Maintenance and Improvement of Barrington Lake Road.
The amended By-law will change the charge-imposed amount from $150 to $200. per dwelling.
The draft by law may be inspected at the Municipal Office located at 2447 Hwy 3, Barrington, N.S. between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any representation by interested people concerning the passing of this by-law may be made at March 24, 2026, Council Meeting which will be held in the Council Chambers, in the Administrative Centre, in Barrington, N.S.
This matter will be discussed at 7:05 p.m.
