From the Cruiser
"From the Cruiser" is an initiative designed to keep residents informed of policing activities within their community.
Residents are reminded to contact the RCMP if they have a crime to report or if they have questions related to policing in their area.
The Barrington RCMP Detachment is currently fully staffed, with all positions filled.
Across Western Shelburne County, there were 405 calls for service during the second quarter of 2026, compared to 670 calls for service during the same period in 2025, representing a significant decrease in overall police calls for service.
