Bay Side Home is currently searching for three empathetic, innovative, and community-minded individuals to join its Board of Directors effective immediately. Bay Side Home’s volunteer Board of Directors offer invaluable support and guidance to the Administrator and leadership of the organization to ensure it remains a vital part of the community and delivers exceptional care to our most vulnerable citizens.

Board members at Bay Side Home value dignity and respect. They enjoy working with other like-minded individuals who truly care for their community and want to contribute to positive, innovative change in the long-term care sector. They are actively engaged in a minimum of five meetings per year and participate on various committees and project work that taps into their skills and abilities.
