Audit Committee Vacancies

The Municipality of Barrington is accepting Expressions of Interest from individuals from the Municipality wishing to serve on the Audit Committee.   

There will be two (2) citizen vacancies on the Committee, effective April 2023.

The Committee oversees the external audit of the Municipality’s financial statements and the resolution of audit findings.The Committee also reviews internal controls, accounting systems, and risk management.
Appointments will be for a two (2) year term. 

Meetings are scheduled as necessary.Citizen members are required to show a strong demonstration of financial awareness. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Municipal Office. Expressions of Interest will be accepted until vacancies have been filled. 

Expressions of Interest should be forwarded to
